Three things on one page: what you're buying, what Valoo keeps, and how this site is built to stay usable on any screen. Written in plain language — if any part of it confuses you, that counts as Valoo's mistake.

BAGIAN 1

Terms & Conditions

This applies to anyone who opens, buys, or fills in the Valoo Compass. Continuing to use Valoo means you agree to it.

What you're buying

You're buying a digital report: Your Valoo Map, produced from your own answers in the Compass. It's assembled once and then it's yours — reopenable through your account, and downloadable.

The report comes out of your answers. Which means it's only as honest as they were: answer carelessly and you'll get a map that doesn't match you, and that's outside Valoo's control.

Price and payment

The price that applies is the one shown on the purchase page at the moment you pay. Payment is handled by a third-party payment provider — Valoo never stores your card number, PIN, or account credentials, because that data never passes through here in the first place.

All Valoo keeps from a transaction is the email, name, and phone number you entered yourself, plus a record that the payment arrived.

What you've paid for doesn't expire

Anything you've paid for has no expiry date. Pay today and create your account three months later, and it's still waiting on the same email address.

A code you receive attaches to an account the moment it's redeemed, and from then on it belongs to that account. One code, one redemption, one account — so a code that's been used can't be moved elsewhere.

If something goes wrong

Paid but your account is still empty? Open the payment help page. It diagnoses rather than reassures: it reads your purchase record and tells you which situation you're actually in.

Charged twice for the same purchase? The excess is returned. Beyond that, a digital report that's been assembled and delivered can't be taken back, so a completed purchase isn't reversed — and that's stated up front so nobody is surprised later.

What Valoo is not

Valoo is a tool for knowing yourself and choosing a direction. It is not financial advice, not investment advice, not a mental health diagnosis, and not a promise about earnings. That isn't legal boilerplate — it's the same sentence you tick before you start.

Decisions about your money, your work, and your life remain entirely yours. Valoo ranks the possibilities; you do the choosing.

What's on you

One account per person, and don't pass your access code around. Not because Valoo is stingy — because your report is attached to your account, and a shared account leaves two people holding one map that only fits one of them.

The contents of your report are yours: keep it, print it, send it to anyone. What isn't allowed: reselling the contents as your own product, or taking pieces of it to build something similar.

If these rules change

Valoo is still growing, so this page can change. Changes apply going forward, not backward — anything you bought under the old rules is still served under the old rules.

The effective date is at the bottom of this page, and that date is the reference point if anything ever needs to be settled.

BAGIAN 2

Privacy Policy

This section sets out what data Valoo holds, what it's for, and who can see it. Written from how the system actually works — not copied from a standard template.

What Valoo stores

Three groups, kept separately. First, the contact details you entered at purchase: email, name, and phone number. Second, your Compass answers and the numbers computed from them — this is what becomes your report. Third, and only if you allow it, one anonymised copy for the bigger picture.

That third group is a choice, not a requirement. Leave it unticked and your report is still complete and you can still continue — and that's stated plainly on the screen where you decide.

What crosses over when the sentences get polished

Valoo uses AI for one thing only: smoothing sentences so they read well. All it receives are five pieces of already-computed output — persona, path, mode, action code, and tone.

Your raw answers, your income figures, your written reflections, and your name never make that crossing. What makes it promisable isn't good intentions — it's the shape of the door. The door only fits those five pieces, so a sixth can't slip through even if someone writes the code wrong.

Who can read your report

Only you. A report opens only for the account that owns it, and the server deliberately offers no way to request a list of all reports — not even for someone signed in. That's not an oversight: one small mistake in a lookup could spill the entire answer base at once, and a door that was never built can't be opened.

Your report can be opened from any device, as long as the person opening it is confirmed as its owner.

If Valoo is reviewed by an outside party

If Valoo enters a competition or is reviewed by an outside party, some data without names attached — including email addresses — may be shown to the organisers as evidence that real people use it.

That sentence isn't an addition on this page: it's part of the consent you tick before you start, restated here so it's easy to reread whenever you want.

Changing your email or number, or asking for deletion

Your email and phone number can't be changed from the account page yourself, and that's deliberate: your purchase record uses your email as its address, so an email that changes on its own leaves what you paid for unfindable.

Want to change either, or have your data deleted? Send the request through the contact at the bottom of this page, from the registered email address. It's handled manually — a little slower, but nobody can move someone else's account just by guessing an address.

BAGIAN 3

Accessibility

Valoo is built to open on even the cheapest phone, and that isn't a bonus — it was the target from day one. This section covers what's been built and where to report anything that's hard to use.

Readable on any screen, however small

Every page is checked down to 320 pixels wide — the narrowest phone screen still in circulation. Even at that width the page must not spill sideways, and no text anywhere is smaller than 12 pixels.

Input fields are forced to 16 pixels for a very concrete reason: below that, certain phones zoom the page themselves the moment you start typing, and the screen jumps. That's a functional number, not a preference.

Reachable by thumb

Clickable buttons and links are at least 44 pixels tall. That's the size of a thumb, not a cursor — and text links only as tall as their own line have turned up as a defect here more than once, so they're now checked automatically every time the code is touched.

Every page also carries a skip-to-content link at the very top, so anyone using a keyboard or a screen reader doesn't have to walk through the whole menu on every page.

The Compass doesn't have to be done in one sitting

Your answers save to your own device as you go. An interruption — lost signal, dead battery, an accidental close — doesn't mean starting over.

That's part of accessibility too, and often the part that matters most: not everyone has thirty uninterrupted minutes.

If something is hard to use

Tell Valoo through the contact at the bottom of this page, naming the part and what you're using. Reports like that are treated as defects to fix, not as feature requests waiting in a queue.

If you use assistive technology and something breaks there, that's the most useful report of all — it's the hardest thing to catch from this side.
